Guo Yuheng, known by her online identities SKIRUA and An An, is a young artist born in Beijing, China in 2003. Her artistic journey began in junior high school when she started drawing her favorite anime characters using digital software on her iPad. Over the years, she honed her skills and developed her unique style. At the age of 17, Guo Yuheng held her first solo exhibition titled "Today's Sky Is Too Blue" at Tang Contemporary Art Centre, showcasing works that explore themes of mental illness, anxiety, and the impact of social media on society. Her art reflects the complexities of her generation, influenced by the internet and online gaming, which have shaped her worldview and introduced her to new knowledge and experiences.
