Huang Ko-Wei is a Taipei-born artist whose work delves into the exploration of color and painting as the most ancient form of visual art. With a focus on investigating the relevance of color in contemporary art, Huang's artistic journey seeks to uncover the truth of color in a world saturated with images. Influenced by scientific and technological advancements, such as computer-monitored color calibration, Huang acknowledges the impact these developments have had on our perception of the natural world. Inspired by this, Huang aspires to envelop the world with the entire color spectrum, from the purest whites to the deepest blacks.
