Biography
Like Magritte’s pipe that was not a pipe, Leng Guangmin paints things that are not quite what they seem. Born in Qingzhou, Shandong Province, in 1986, Leng Guangmin graduated with an MFA from the Oil Painting Department of Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts in 2012. His ambiguous paintings have been shown in solo and group exhibitions throughout China. Leng Guangmin lives and works in Beijing.
